Mila 23 ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Crișan im Kreis Tulcea, Provinz Dobrogea. Es liegt im an der Alten Donau und ist nur über Wasser erreichbar. Bei den Einwohnern handelt es sich hauptsächlich um Fischer lipovianischer Abstammung.
